"After the change of the political system the statues were removed from the streets to the museum. This is the worlds' only such collection from the period of communist cultural politics. It's a most exiting outdoor museum in Eastern Europe. The statues of Lenin, Marx, Engels, Dimitrov and Ostapenko can be seen at the park, the memorial of the Soviet Soldier..."

Directions:
From the center of Budapest (Ferencjek tere, Metro 3a terminal nr. 7, take the bus nr. 173 to Etele Platz, from there take the yellow bus (final station VOLAN), which runs every 20 minutes to Diosd-Erd. (see map)
At 11am daily a shuttlebus runs directly from Budapest centre

Smoothly gravelled or fixed ways. Sculptures are displayed at walls and in greens. Sometimes uncomfortable for wheelchairs
